ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ СПЕЦІАЛІЗОВАНОЇ СУМІШІ НА ОСНОВІ ЧАСТКОВО ГІДРОЛІЗОВАНОГО БІЛКА В ХАРЧУВАННІ ДЛЯ НЕДОНОШЕНИХ ДІТЕЙ. РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ КЛІНІЧНОЇ АПРОБАЦІЇ

Анотація


Раннє ентеральне вигодовуванняє визначальним аспектом виходжування недоношеної дитини, як для підтримки нормального функціонування органів і систем організму в неонатальному періоді, так і для довгострокового прогнозу. Особливості шлунково-кишкового тракту (ШКТ), часта супутня важка поліорганна патологія впливають на толерантність до ентерального харчування недоношених дітей, особливо у дітей з екстремально низькою масою тіла (ЕНМТ) і дуже низькою масою тіла (ДНМТ). При відсутності або недостатній кількості грудного молока необхідно підібрати такий субстрат для вигодовування недоношеної дитини, який дасть можливість швидше адаптувати ШКТ до ентерального харчування і забезпечить швидкість росту, наближену до внутрішньоутробної.
