Анотація

Створення системи регіональних перинатальних центрів є всесвітньо визнаним шляхом зниження перинатальних втрат, частоти формування хронічної захворюваності та інвалідності. У статті розглянуто сучасні аспекти регіоналізації перинатальної допомоги, подано визначення та функції її складових, основні проблеми та шляхи їх вирішення в Україні.
