НЕКРОТИЧНИЙ ЕНТЕРОКОЛІТ НОВОНАРОДЖЕНИХ (ІЗ ЗАСАД ДОКАЗОВОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ)

Анотація


У статті із сучасних позицій аналізується одне з найбільш важких захворювань новонароджених - некротичний ентероколіт (НЕК). НЕК залишається важливою причиною захворюваності та смертності новонароджених і вражає головним чином недоношених дітей. При поліпшенні наслідків (ТОЧНІШЕ При покращенні виходу…) респіраторної патології, у НЕК є шанс стати провідною причиною смерті глибоконедоношенних дітей. Але діагностика цього захворювання ускладнюється неспецифічністю клінічної картини і недостатньою точністю більшості додаткових методів обстеження. Оптимальне ведення новонароджених з НЕК є спільною проблемою неонатологів і дитячих хірургів. Багато досліджень, спрямованих на вивчення ефективності профілактичної допомоги та медикаментозної терапії НЕК, мають неоднозначні результати. Більше того, існують різні стандарти хірургічної допомоги. Метою цієї статті є огляд і оцінка наявних у даний час даних доказової бази відносно ведення новонароджених з НЕК. Розглядаються також фактори ризику розвитку захворювання.
