Анотація

У другій частині огляду розглянуто основні командні стратегії та інструменти для підвищення безпеки пацієнтів, які базуються на двох основних концепціях – моделі «правильної» робочої культури та управлінні ресурсами команди. Окреслено базові навички командної роботи для забезпечення культури безпеки. Визначено практичні кроки їх впровадження.
