Анотація

Робота присвячена проблемі тромбоцитопенії (ТП) у новонароджених дітей. Розглянуті основні патофізіологічні механізми розвитку неонатальних ТП, описані клінічні симптоми, а також методи сучасної лабораторної діагностики. Визначені лікувальні підходи до корекції ТП в залежності від патогенетичного механізму та можливості застосування довенних імуноглобулінів (Біовен Моно), препаратів рекомбінантного еритропоетину та аналогів тромбопоетину
