Анотація

Безпліддя являє собою важливу медико-соціальну проблему сучасного суспільства. Провідне місце у лікуванні більшості форм жіночого та чоловічого безпліддя займає екстракорпоральне запліднення (ЄКЗ). Вагiтнiсть та пологи, що відбулися внаслідок використання допоміжних репродуктивних технологій, мають високий ризик ускладнень, а клінічний стан новонароджених потребує підвищеної уваги та своєчасного надання допомоги.
