Анотація


Резюме. У статті обговорюються сучасні дані щодо ролі вітаміну Dу розвитку дитини, впливу системи вітаміну D на виникнення та розвиток  розладів аутистичного спектру (РАС); показані результати обстеження дітей з РАС на наявність поліморфізмів гену VDR та визначення рівня активного метаболіту вітаміну D (1,25-OH2-D).
