КИШКОВА ІНВАГІНАЦІЯ У ДІТЕЙ (аналіз літературних даних і власних спостережень)

Анотація


      У статті наведені дані літератури щодо етіопатогенезу, клінічних проявів, діагностики та підходів до лікування дітей з кишковою інвагінацією. Наданий власний досвід лікування 53 дітей з кишковими інвагінаціями. Використовувались 2 метода лікування – консервативне і хірургічне. Показано, що більшість пацієнтів з кишковими інвагінаціями підлягають консервативному лікуванню. Зроблено висновок про те, що методом  вибору діагностики  кишкової  інвагінації і методом вибору хірургічного втручання є ультразвукове обстеження органів черевної порожнини і лапароскопія відповідно.
