КЛЮЧОВІ ПИТАННЯ ДОТАЦІЇ ЗАЛІЗА ПЕРЕДЧАСНО НАРОДЖЕНИМ ДІТЯМ

Анотація

Залізо є основною поживною речовиною і відіграє ключову роль у багатьох процесах, включаючи зростання та розвиток. Дефіцит заліза в грудному віці пов'язаний з широким діапазоном клінічних проявів і розвитком тяжких ускладнень, в тому числі психомоторного дефіциту, затримки дозрівання слухового апарату, а також порушення пам'яті і поведінці. Найбільш уразливими щодо формування постнатального дефіциту заліза є передчасно народжені діти. Не менш загрозливим відзначено стан надлишка заліза, який потенційно небезпечний для органів дитини. Детально вказані фактрои ризику дефіциту та надлишку заліза у недоношених немовлят. В статті розглядаються ключові питання доцільності дотації заліза передчасно народженим дітям, починаючи з періоду стабілізації росту, а також доза, тривалість та види корекції. Серед рекомендованих заходів представлено препарат елементного заліза Innofer baby® та гемопоетичні вітаміни - Innоvitum B®.
