ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ДЛЯ СТВОРЕННЯ СИСТЕМИ КАТАМНЕСТИЧНОГО СПОСТЕРЕЖЕННЯ (FOLLOW UP) ЗА НОВОНАРОДЖЕНИМИ ГРУПИ РИЗИКУ

Анотація

На сучасному етапі в багатьох країнах світу накопичений досвід щодо катамнестичного спостереження за новонародженими групи ризику порушень розвитку. У
статті представлені основні передумови для створення системи катамнестичного спостереження в Україні,
основні структурні та технологічні її особливості. Система катамнестичного спостереження за новонародженими
групи ризику вимагає підготовки фахівців та їх тісної вза-ємодії з родиною, передбачає створення єдиної національ-ної бази даних, планування виписки новонародженого зі
стаціонару. При катамнестичному спостереженні за но-вонародженими має проходити моніторинг медичних про-блем, пов’язаних з перинатальною патологією у дітей та
моніторинг розвитку, який можна здійснювати завдяки
скринінговим та діагностичним інструментам. Система
катамнестичного спостереження сприятиме покращенню
перинатальної допомоги в країні, активному залученню до
процесів росту та дозрівання дитини батьків, сприятиме
зниженню інвалідності та частоти відмов від дітей.
