Анотація

Харчування у ранньому дитинстві суттєво впливає на ріст і розвиток в цілому, а також на здоров’я, в т.ч.у старшому віці. Постбіотики – це сполуки, що продукуються мікроорганізмами й виділяються з харчових або мікробних компонентів, включаючи нежиттєздатні клітини, які при введенні у достатній кількості в організм зміцнюють здоров’я хазяїна. До постбіотиків належать з'єднання, отримані в результаті бактеріального метаболізму, такі як екзополісахариди, вітаміни, молочна кислота, бактеріоцини, ферменти, поверхнево-активні речовини, антиоксиданти й коротколанцюгові жирні кислоти; складні молекули, що виділяються з харчових сполук (ферментативно утворюються під час бродіння їжі), такі як пептиди й галактоолігосахариди, наприклад, 3- і 6-галактозиллактоза; компоненти, що виділяються з лізованих клітин, включаючи ДНК, РНК, клітинні стінки та, можливо, інші цитоплазматичні компоненти й білки поверхневого шару. Нещодавно розроблено нову технологію ферментації, що використовується при виготовленні дитячих сумішей. У ній задіяно два типи мікроорганізмів, які продукують молочну кислоту (Bifidobacterium breve C50 і Streptococcus thermophilus 065), що забезпечує отримання природних постбіотиків. Поліненасичені жирні кислоти з довгим ланцюгом відіграють важливу роль у регуляції імунної системи, утворенні тромбів, нейромедіаторів, метаболізмі холестерину, а також у структурі мембранних фосфоліпідів у мозку й сітківці ока. З лютого 2020 року в Європейському Союзі діють нові стандарти щодо дитячих сумішей. Вони передбачають обов’язкове додавання докозагексаєнової кислоти у концентраціях, що в два-три рази перевищують звичайні концентрації у грудному молоці. Першими і на даний час єдиними на ринку України ферментованими сумішами, що містять пребіотики коротколанцюгові галакто- і довголанцюгові фруктоолігосахариди (9:1, 0,8 г/100 мл), постбіотик 3-галактозиллактозу й належну кількість омега-3 жирних кислот, є нові рецептури сумішей Nutrilon Premium+ для вигодовування дітей раннього віку.
