ВПЛИВ ПОРУШЕНЬ ФОРМУВАННЯ КИШКОВОЇ МІКРОФЛОРИ, БАР’ЄРНОЇ ФУНКЦІЇ КИШЕЧНИКУ НОВОНАРОДЖЕНИХ НА ВИНИКНЕННЯ ІНФЕКЦІЙНО-ЗАПАЛЬНИХ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ ТА ЗНАЧЕННЯ ПРОБІОТИКІВ У ЇХНІЙ ПРОФІЛАКТИЦІ

Анотація

У статі представлені сучасні дані про роль пробіотиків у становленні зрілості травного каналу, впливу пробіотиків на профілактику запально-інфекційних захворювань травного тракту у новонароджених дітей, особливо недоношених, частоту некротизуючого ентероколіту у передчасно народжених дітей, пізнього неонатального сепсису. Представлені основні фактори, що погіршують або сповільнюють процеси фізіологічного формування мікробіоценозу кишечнику у новонароджених дітей. Наведені сучасні доказові рекомендації з вивчення практичних аспектів застосування пробіотичних мікроорганізмів у неонатологічній практиці. Подані сучасні схеми застосування пробіотичних мікроорганізмів у неонатальних відділеннях. Зазначені доказові переваги профілактичного застосування L. Reuteri DSM 17938, L. Reuteri АТСС 55730 у зниженні частоти харчової непереносимості, смерті, розвитку некротизуючого ентероколіту, пізнього неонатального сепсису. Висвітлені потенційні перспективи для вивчення ролі Bacillus clausii у дозріванні імунної системи та сприянні фізіо логічного формування кишкового мікробіоценозу у нов онароджених.
